Delighted to find these recipes in your book. Very timely! Will be trying them on our own four family cottage vacation in a few weeks. Each family takes responsibility for at least one night of cooking, and these recipes will resonate with my crowd too. The lasagna recipe is similar to one I found in my first cookbook 50 years ago and you are right - it is fabulous. Many thanks!
